The internationally renowned architects Sauerbruch Hutton designed a state-of-the-art four-storey residential and studio building on the historic site of the former clothing office of the Royal Corps in Berlin-Moabit, which was built over 120 years ago. The new cubic concrete building, with its striking roof shape, blends in seamlessly with historical elements and contemporary architecture, mediates between adjacent buildings and the site and, at the same time, stands out in the quarter with its reflective facade.
